NOTICE is hereby given that the 2025 AGM of The Bull Terrier & Bull Terrier (Miniature) Association of WA (Inc.) will be held on Sunday 16^th November 2025 commencing at 12.30 pm, at 45 Battersea Road, Canning Vale.  Lunch will be at 12 noon – please bring a plate to share.  BYO drinks.

 

Notice of Motions with Rationale are to be in writing and with the Secretary, and via email to [email protected] by no later than cob Monday 27/10/2025. 

   

Nomination forms are to be returned to The Returning Officer, Mr Colin Shepherd via email [email protected]  by no later than cob Monday 10^th November 2025.

 

• Both these documents are required to be in writing.
• Nomination Forms must be signed by all the parties.

 

Notice of Motion - changes to our constitution - is hereby advised: please refer to details on the “Updates to the Dogs West Basic Constitution” document as attached.  The amendments reflect:

• Legal compliance with updated State legislation
• Best practice governance for incorporated associations
• Clearer protocols for managing member data and club dissolution
